Ali Soliman holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electronics and Communications from Brunel University London and a Master of Science in Telecommunications with Business from University College London. He began his career at Spirent Communications as a Hardware Engineer and advanced through multiple roles, including Solutions Engineer, Product Manager, and Business Development Manager.
With over 12 years of experience in the PNT industry, Ali joined Rx Networks in 2022 as Head of Business Development for TruePoint, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s high-precision GNSS correction services. He currently serves as VP of Sales and Marketing, leading global go-to-market strategy and execution across all product lines.
Ali is a passionate technology enthusiast with a strong interest in PNT, IoT, and AI, and is deeply committed to enabling emerging technologies through precise positioning.
Vijaykumar Bellad, PhD | Chief Technology Officer, rx networks inc.
Dr. Vijaykumar Bellad is a GNSS innovator with over 20 years of experience shaping the future of precise positioning. With a Ph.D. in Geomatics Engineering and a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering, he has been at the forefront of GNSS receiver design, embedded systems, and high-precision positioning algorithms.
Before joining Rx Networks, Vijay developed aerospace navigation systems at Accord Software & Systems. Today, he leads a team pushing the boundaries of next-gen GNSS solutions, from innovations in AGNSS to advanced correction services. His expertise spans software-based receivers, RF prototyping, digital signal processing, and precise positioning—powering the future of positioning, navigation, and smart location technologies.
Ana González Sainz, Section Head of Safe and Precise Navigation, GMV.
Ana González Sainz is the Head of the Safe and Precise Navigation Section at GMV. She holds an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2016). Ana began her professional career at GMV as a GNSS Validation Engineer and was part to the initial operations team of the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC), operated by EUSPA. She later advanced to the role of V&V Manager, leading the end-to-end and safety validation of GMV’s High Accuracy Positioning Engine. In her current role, she is responsible for managing GMV’s High Accuracy Portfolio for automotive applications.
