Staying Connected Through COVID-19
Rx Networks is dedicated to keeping you informed and remaining your steadfast supplier of GNSS services during these trying times. The global situation with the spread of COVID-19 is evolving daily and is a source of concern to all of us.
On March 9th we implemented a remote working model for 100% of our personnel. We quickly worked through the initial challenges, and the operations and development teams are fully functioning and productive. Our teams continue to maintain strong collaboration and teamwork. We have established internal teams to monitor our work situation, respond quickly and adhere to the advice of government and local authorities. The remote working model has two purposes, it helps control the spread of the virus, and it maintains the health of our employees which ensures continuity of service to our customers. We have the ability to work remotely for an indefinite period.
We maintain frequent contact with our partners that supply services for our data centers and reference network sites to ensure uninterrupted service. Maintaining quality and reliability of service to our customers is the primary focus of the organization. We do not anticipate any major change to our service due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families of all those affected. We want to help our community where we are able and nearly all our employees are donating a portion of each paycheck to our local foodbank.
